Product Types in Detail
Welded Stainless Pipe (ASTM A312) — Produced by TIG welding rolled stainless strip, annealed and pickled. For process piping in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and petrochemical plants. Schedules 5S, 10S, 40S, 80S.
Seamless Stainless Pipe (ASTM A312 seamless) — Extruded or pilgered without a weld seam. For high-pressure, high-temperature applications — boilers, heat exchangers, hydraulic lines.
Structural Tube (ASTM A554) — Square, rectangular and round hollow sections for architectural and structural applications — balustrades, handrails, furniture frames, building facades.
Instrumentation Tube (ASTM A269) — Precision thin-wall tubes for instrument connections, heat exchanger tubes and process sample lines.

Food and Pharmaceutical Grade Tubes
For food processing and pharmaceutical applications, tubes are supplied in hygienic grades — SS 316L electropolished (Ra 0.4 um internal surface) for CIP-SIP (Clean-In-Place / Sterilise-In-Place) pipework. Tube ends are plain or prepared to DIN 11850 or SMS 1145 dairy fitting dimensions for tri-clamp or flanged connections. 3-A Sanitary Standards compliance documentation is available.
